Invest in you.

Something inside you whispered, “enough.”

You know running on coffee, to-do lists, and sheer willpower isn’t sustainable. Maybe you crush deadlines at work but secretly cry in the shower because your relationships and life make no sense, and you can’t remember the last time you felt like you.

Or you’ve perfected the art of looking composed while quietly drowning in burnout, guilt, and doing it all for everyone else.

Podcasts, self-help hacks, wine-as-coping—they’ve all been temporary band-aids that haven't helped.

What support feels like.

When you finally put yourself first, without the guilt?

You sip your coffee without mentally scanning through your to-do list, actually enjoy your friends and family, and show up at work like the powerhouse you are—without burning out

Your brain isn’t on overdrive all the time, and you can laugh, cry, or even binge that show guilt-free. Because you deserve some mindless, unproductive, feel-good, you time.

You feel lighter, grounded, and honestly proud that taking the initiative of prioritizing yourself made everything else feel easier.

Professional woman receiving mental health therapy for burnout recovery

Why me?

I didn’t walk a straight line into this career. I lived the burnout, the identity crisis, the “perfect life that didn’t feel like mine,” and the mommy-wine culture that numbed me out.

Choosing myself, sobriety, and the space to do deep inner work changed everything. It taught me how to hear my own voice again, and it fuels the way I show up for you now.

Therapy with me feels like stepping into a space where you can drop the “I’m fine,” talk honestly with someone who’s formally trained, trauma-informed, and deeply human.

We’ll do the kind of real work that helps you untangle old patterns, heal what hurts, and build a life that actually feels like home.
