You’ve probably read a dozen therapy pages that all sound the same. I don’t want to be just another voice telling you to “build coping skills.” My work is personal because my story is personal.

I’ve been the high-achieving professional keeping it all together while silently running on empty. I’ve pushed past burnout, swallowed hard feelings, and learned what it feels like to completely lose myself.
